Cancellation Policy

For our weight-loss program, recent lab work is required. Labs must be completed or within the last three months to ensure safety and eligibility. Because each treatment plan is medically guided, treatment is not started on the same day. Once your labs are reviewed and you meet medical criteria, your prescription will be sent directly to the pharmacy.
